Perimenopause Uncovered | Women's Health Event Adelaide | VANTA Coaching
Something shifts in your 40s. Your sleep. Your brain. Your energy. Your mood. Your body. And most women are told it's stress — or just getting older. It's not. Perimenopause Uncovered is an intimate evening for women who are done dismissing what they're feeling and ready to understand what's actually going on — and what they can do about it. Hosted by Dorota Gancarz, MSc — Integrative Women's Health Coach — this is not a generic wellness talk. It's a science-backed conversation covering the real physiology behind your symptoms, why they're connected, and how to start feeling like yourself again. You'll leave understanding: -Why your symptoms are connected — not separate problems -What the medical system typically misses -What you can actually do about it This is for you if: -Something feels off but you can't name it -Your results are "normal" but you don't feel normal -You want science, not guesswork 📅 Thursday 21 May 2026 · 6:00pm 📍 37 Kensington Rd, Norwood SA 5067 🎟 $27 · Limited spaces · Wine & nibbles included
Is this relevant if I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause yet?
Yes — in fact this is the most valuable time to attend. Most women don't recognise perimenopause until they're well into it. This evening will give you the language and the science to understand what's happening in your body before symptoms escalate.
I've spoken to my GP and been told everything is normal. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. Standard blood tests frequently miss early perimenopause — hormonal fluctuation in this phase is unpredictable and a single reading often shows nothing. This evening covers what the medical system typically doesn't.
I'm already in menopause — is this relevant to me?
Yes. The science covered applies across the full menopause spectrum. If you're navigating symptoms now or managing the transition, you'll leave with clarity and practical steps.
What should I expect on the night?
A relaxed, intimate evening with a small group of women. Wine and nibbles are provided. Doors open at 6:00pm. Bring your questions — the Q&A is one of the most valuable parts of the evening.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available on Kensington Road and surrounding streets. The Parade council car parks are a short 2-3 minute walk — time restrictions typically lift at 6pm on weeknights.
